Parent Coaches for Neurodivergent Children
You’re probably here because parenting your neurodivergent child feels like balancing a thousand invisible needs - while carrying your own
When everything feels high stakes and no option feels easy, exhaustion sets in. You’re carrying too much alone-and you’re ready for a new way forward.
You love your child fiercely. And you’re not here because you’ve failed, you’re here because you care enough to seek support. At DEN, we help you build a rhythm that works -for you and your child. One rooted in
connection, co-regulation, and
realistic strategies that meet your family where you are. You don’t have to do this alone anymore.
The DEN Parenting Hub is here to walk with you.
Parenting a neurodivergent child shouldn’t feel this hard—but it does.

You’re expected to stay calm while managing anxiety or anger, navigating transitions, and juggling everyone’s needs—including your own—and it’s exhausting.

The endless advice from specialists, multiple experts, Google & social media research rabbit holes makes you second-guess yourself instead of trusting your intuition.

It feels like no one truly understands how hard it is to advocate for your child & parenting choices while still trying to hold everything else together.
The world needs more affirming care and access to resources for neurodivergent families and we're here to change that.

You scoured the internet, you’ve seen multiple specialists but still you feel stuck, and it’s frustrating.
In this space, you’ll find the guidance and support to explore what works for your family without the pressure to get it perfect. You’ll try new strategies, let go of what doesn’t feel right, and discover tools that align with your unique parenting journey all while feeling supported every step of the way.
WELCOME TO THE SPACE THAT FINALLY GETS YOU
We’re Tina & Vanessa— Parent Coaches Walking This Path With You.
Supporting families of Autistic and ADHD kids with connection, curiosity, and compassion.
We help the entire family find practical nervous system regulation tools.
Our approach comes from our Pediatric Occupational Therapy background, lived experience, and from our work with thousands of families.
Vanessa is the problem-solver who's happiest when she's thinking outside the box, whether it's creating hands-on activities for emotional and sensory regulation or hosting community events for neurodivergent tweens and teens.
And Tina? She's the sports enthusiast and lifelong gymnast who blended her love of sports into the community program called Buddyball, which brings together families of kids with unique abilities to enjoy sports with peers.

The universe brought us together to create this meaningful space for parents of neurodivergent children, and we couldn’t be more happy to have you here.

Our work has helped parents transform difficult routines into smoother routines, turning emotional struggles into moments of connection.

We’ve empowered hundreds of families to feel more confident, while their children grow emotionally and thrive in life. And through our community-based programs, neurodivergent kids have the opportunity to flourish in the best way possible.

From founding the first OT program for an entire school district to establishing trauma-informed private practices, we’ve spent our careers understanding the needs of neurodivergent children and their families.

We know the fastest strategies that work—and, more importantly, what feels right. Our mission is to move away from outdated parenting and therapy methods and instead focus on Neuroaffirming approaches rooted in strengths-based approaches, relationships, curiosity, and confidence for children and parents.

We’ve learned that parenting isn’t about perfection. We’ve both witnessed parents (including ourselves) feel overwhelmed, lose patience, and make mistakes.
Our biggest lesson?
Co-regulation does not mean calm.
When everything feels too loud, too fast, and too much as a parent of an Autistic or ADHD child, you don’t need another strategy.
You need someone who sees you.
At DEN, we help you meet yourself with the same compassion you show your child.
Because the real work of co-regulation and emotional regulation starts with us as adults—and it doesn’t have to be done alone.
We believe it’s important to:
- Meet people where they’re at
- Know there is no one “right path”
- Follow your intuition
We’ve helped hundreds of families in the last 40 years find balance between sensory needs, improve emotional regulation, and create routines that feel authentic and sustainable. And our thriving community is both warm and practical, built on years of experience and a deep commitment to making a difference.

Fun facts about us :)
When we’re not busy creating resources for DEN, Vanessa can be found in the gym, traveling, or taking a walk with her husky, while Tina might be taking a break from her 6 kids and chilling out on her boat. And if you catch us on a Friday, we’ll be laughing about our early OT days sitting in the Florida sunshine and plotting our next big adventure in supporting families!
