Parent Coaching for ADHD & Autism
Your child’s needs are unique, and so are yours
Sometimes, a roadmap isn’t enough—you need a guide to walk with you every step of the way.
Maybe you...
Have tried strategies but still feel stuck navigating your child’s specific challenges.
Feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, and need personalized support tailored to your family.
Struggle with partner and generational differences in parenting styles that create tension and make it challenging to focus on what your child truly needs.
You’re ready to make a parenting shift to improve sensory, emotional, and behavioral challenges to create lasting change.
You dream of having a trusted expert to troubleshoot with, celebrate wins, and adjust strategies along the way.

Why our private coaching is different:
Our membership and resources are a great fit for a lot of parents in our community, but sometimes you need more than a library of tools and your family has very specific needs. With 1-1 coaching, we work directly with you and other adults involved in your child’s life to tackle the unique challenges in your family. Together, we’ll design solutions that fit you, your child’s needs and your family dynamic, so that you can live life on your terms.

How It Works:
Get a personalized 1:1 coaching plan or join our group coaching: We’ll create a tailored plan focusing on your child’s needs, nervous system regulation, and family dynamics.
1-1 Zoom coaching sessions: We’ll dive deep into strategies during personalized sessions with Vanessa or Tina, addressing your top priorities step by step.
Between-session support: Access WhatsApp voice and text support for ongoing guidance and troubleshooting as challenges arise.
Progress reviews: We’ll regularly assess what’s working, what needs tweaking, and celebrate your family’s progress along the way.

FAQs
What issues or challenges does parent coaching address?
We help parents navigate challenges related to intense emotions, sensory seeking and avoiding, behavioral issues like tantrums, aggression and anxiety, family dynamics like sibling relationships and shifts in parenting approaches.
Who can participate in parent coaching?
While parent coaching can just be for the parents, we often get asked “Can you talk to ______?” And the answer is, yes. Ideally, it works best if the adults who are regularly in the child’s life participate in coaching sessions. This may include: parents, grandparents, teachers, therapists, extended family, and at times may include siblings and the child.
Do you work directly with my child?
Our focus is helping you shift your parenting strategies, so most sessions will not include your child. Some sessions may include your child if it’s appropriate.
What qualifications or certifications do you have?
- Tina has a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation, as well as a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She has focused her 29 year career on helping Autistic and ADHD children integrate reflexes and improve sensory processing skills.
- Vanessa has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT). Vanessa has been an OT for 15 years, 10 of which she has owned a private practice focused on helping anxious Autistic & ADHD children overcome emotional challenges through nervous system regulation, sensory and reflex integration strategies.
Does insurance cover coaching?
No.
How do I know if this is the right coaching program for me?
If you believe in parenting from a nervous system lens over a behavioral lens and kids do well if they can, our coaching program is a good fit for you.
How much time does this require?
- For 1:1 coaching calls we dedicate 60 minutes per call per week, for a minimum of 3 weeks. Schedules can be adjusted to biweekly or monthly calls after the first 3 sessions.
- For Small Group Coaching, we dedicate 60 minutes per call per week, for 5 weeks. Vanessa and Tina are located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
