Online Coaching & Support Hub for Neurodivergent Families
It’s time to embrace parenting on your own terms with clarity, connection, and calm.
Parenting a neurodivergent child is about finding what works for your family, trusting your intuition, and creating a life filled with connection. Here, you'll discover tools and support to navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and build a dynamic that feels unapologetically yours as a member of our community.

Are you tired of trying every strategy you’ve been given, following all the advice, and still wondering why nothing seems to work for your family?
You want to leave the house without turning it into a full-blown negotiation, but every step—from putting on shoes, to preparing emotions, and remembering all the “junk” that needs to come with —feels like an Olympic event.
You want to stay calm when your child’s anxiety spikes, but somehow you’re the one who ends up needing a deep breath (and maybe some comfort chocolate).
You want to create a sense of connection within your family dynamic, but every time you try, it’s a struggle to get everyone on the same page, and one of you is probably yelling.
And we totally get it… Parenting a neurodivergent child is filled with moments that test your patience, your creativity, and sometimes even your sanity. It can feel exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely. Mainstream parenting strategies don’t always fit your child’s unique needs, leaving you feeling stuck and second-guessing yourself.

It's time to reimagine neurodivergent parenting.
Let go of the pressure to parent perfectly and embrace what’s possible. Imagine turning meltdowns into moments of connection, celebrating small wins, and creating a family dynamic that feels right for you. Parenting differently is a journey; it’s one filled with growing pains, glimmers of joy and progress in the everyday moments.
Think of us as your parenting problem solving besties
Your wins are our wins too. We’re walking this path with you and we’ve been in your shoes.
We’re here to guide you in using practical strategies to build connection, empowerment and calm into your home.

It’s time to feel confident in the parenting shifts you’re making to support the emotional well being of your family so you can thrive.
We see you, parent. It’s okay to feel exhausted, but it doesn’t have to stay this way.
When you start trusting your intuition and leaning into what works for your family, daily wins start to look like this:
Leaving the house might still feel like an obstacle course, but today, they grabbed their backpack without resistance or a meltdown and that’s progress worth savoring.
Your child got ready to leave the house with less reminders and no yelling and that’s better than yesterday.
You might have skipped the advice that didn’t feel right, but today, you trusted your gut, and it worked and that’s parenting done your way
Your child might not have shared their emotions with you, but they asked to spend time with you and that’s a connection that speaks louder than words.
We give you strategies to make these everyday little moments less stressful and more manageable.

WELCOME TO THE SPACE FOR NAVIGATING PARENTHOOD OF NEURODIVERGENT CHILDREN
Meet Vanessa and Tina, founders of DEN
We have over 40 years of combined experience as pediatric occupational therapists and a shared mission to make parenting a neurodivergent child a little less overwhelming and a whole lot more joyful. But we’re not just professionals; we’ve walked this path ourselves. Tina is a mom of six (including two neurodivergent children), and Vanessa is neurodivergent herself.
We created DEN because we know how hard it is to find support that actually works for your family. This is the space we wish we had, one that empowers you to trust your intuition, embrace your child’s unique wiring, and create a life filled with connection, growth, and love.

Who this membership is NOT For:
This membership is not for parents looking for quick fixes or a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s also not for those who aren’t ready to invest the time and energy into understanding their child’s unique needs and implementing practical, strengths-based strategies. We may not be the best fit for you if you prefer to use behavior-based parenting methods as we teach parenting strategies from a nervous system lens. If you’re not open to learning or willing to embrace a new approach to parenting, this isn’t the right fit for you.
Who this membership is for and why you should join today:
It’s for those who want to gain a deeper understanding of their child’s anxiety or anger, sensory needs, and emotional regulation—and use that knowledge to create a calmer, more connected home.

If you’re ready to access actionable strength-based strategies, and a supportive neuro-affirming community, there’s no better time to start than today.

This membership is for parents of neurodivergent children who are ready to move beyond frustration and overwhelm with holistic approaches targeting nervous system shifts.

FAQs
What does a neurodivergent parent coach do?
A neurodivergent parent coach supports families raising Autistic, ADHD, and sensory-sensitive kids by helping them understand their child’s nervous system, respond with compassion (not just consequences), and create practical routines that actually work. Instead of one-size-fits-all advice, they offer personalized guidance rooted in neuroscience, lived experience, and a deep understanding of emotional regulation. The goal? To help you feel confident, connected, and calm in your parenting—without burnout or guilt.
What is a neurodivergent child?
A neurodivergent child as a child, whose brain processes learns or experiences the world differently. This can include children who are autistic, have ADHD, learning differences, sensory processing differences, or other ways of thinking and being. Neurodivergence isn’t something to be fixed—it’s a natural variation of the human brain. At DEN, we believe neurodivergent kids deserve support that honors their strengths, meets their needs, and helps them thrive without being asked to mask who they are.
Neurodivergent children often have more connections in their brains than neurotypical children, making it harder to filter out incoming information.
